5.1 betsoo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and betsoo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made by another individual on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts are as specified in the betsoo payment information page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your betsoo wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

13.1 betsoo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betsoo has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where account closure is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, betsoo may withhold any or all funds in the account pending investigation and may, where appropriate, return funds to the originating payment source rather than to the player.
13.3 Players who wish to close their betsoo account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified, unencumbered balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following standard KYC checks.
14.1 betsoo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 15.4 For all other disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
